We're so excited to share our site with you. Our goal is to simplify the search for animal-related resources in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. While the site is primarily focused on LA County, we've gathered some key resources in the surrounding counties, from Santa Barbara all the way to San Diego. Over time, we'll be adding more entries, so stay tuned for updates!

Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area

Pet friendly:	Notes: Leash required on trails 53 miles across, from Beverly Hills to the Oxnard Plane Dogs are permitted on all National park land within the recreation area. Dogs must be on a leash 6ft or less. State Parks in the recreation area (as in all of California) do NOT permit dogs at all. Type: Hikes
