Provides financial assistance to pet owners in temporary financial crisis whose pet faces a treatable, but life-threatening condition or illness, in order to restore quality of life to owner and pet.

Notes:
The Foundation primarily helps clients who meet any of the following criteria:
1. Temporarily Disadvantaged (pet owners earning more than 300% of poverty level, but who have experienced a significant but temporary financial setback.)
2. Low Income (defined as pet owners earning between poverty and 300%)
3. Impoverished (below poverty)
