Hello and welcome to AnimalSource!

We're so excited to share our site with you. Our goal is to simplify the search for animal-related resources in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. While the site is primarily focused on LA County, we've gathered some key resources in the surrounding counties, from Santa Barbara all the way to San Diego. Over time, we'll be adding more entries, so stay tuned for updates!

Facility for Animal Care and Treatment

About: 
We care for injured and orphaned raptors and carnivores. The main emphasis of the project is on the rehabilitation of endangered or protected species, particularly birds of prey.
Wildlife:
Notes:
Water birds accepted-egrets and herons (no sea birds)

For medium sized mammals, only kit foxes are accepted. 


Animals:
• Medium sized mammal (coyote, fox, etc)
• Crow/raven
• Dove/pigeon
• Duck/goose
• Hummingbird
• Raptor (owl, hawk)
• Sea bird/water bird
• Song bird
